When story #100 locks
The completed volume enters a reader window before print. Reports can still pull a story if something cannot be carried into a permanent book.

After review closes
The files go to print, preorder checkout opens, and reserved readers get first access to the first run.
Rules before print.
A permanent book needs slower rules than a feed. These limits keep writers protected, readers clear, and the print run honest.
Volume I prints only after 100 stories are accepted and reviewed.
Each writer keeps copyright and grants a non-exclusive print license for the volume.
Accepted writers receive a free PDF copy of the published volume after final review and publication.
Names, private claims, harassment, or unsafe identifying details can be rejected or removed before print.
Delivery dates depend on final review, print proofing, and the print partner.
A reservation is interest, not a completed purchase, until checkout is live.
